Incline Bicep Curls With Dumbbells

To do incline bicep curls, start by making sure the bench is at an incline.  Grab two 5 lb. dumbbells and lie on the bench.  Your feet should be flat on the floor.  Keep your arms lateral to your body.  Your upper arms should be parallel to the ground and your forearms perpendicular to the ground.  Press the weights up until your arms are straight.  The weights should meet above your chest.  Now bring the dumbbells down to the original position.  Repeat for 2 sets of 8 repetitions.
